Choosing the correct appointment helps us provide the most appropriate care for your needs.
Below is a simple explanation of the visit types offered at Mi’Bella Wellness Clinic.
All visits are provided through secure telehealth or mobile medical care. Services are available to patients located in Massachusetts or Connecticut at the time of their visit.
If you are unsure which visit to choose, we recommend starting with a Wellness Consultation or Telehealth Medical Visit and we will guide you from there.
🌿 Wellness Consultation
This visit is designed for patients seeking wellness-focused care, including:
• Medical weight management (semaglutide or tirzepatide)
• Hormone optimization (TRT)
• Vitamin and wellness injections (B12, NAD)
• General metabolic and wellness support
This consultation includes a comprehensive medical and wellness evaluation, review of prior labs (if available), discussion of treatment options, and development of a personalized care plan.
Medications or treatments are prescribed only if medically appropriate after full evaluation.
This visit is not intended for urgent or acute medical concerns.
Recommended for new wellness patients.
Telehealth Medical Visit
This visit is for general medical concerns or follow-up care, including:
• Minor illnesses or symptoms
• Medication review or medication refills
• Lab result discussion
• Follow-up questions after previous visits
This appointment is best for patients with specific medical questions that do not require a full wellness consultation.
This visit does not include starting weight loss medications, hormone therapy, or wellness programs.
SAME DAY URGENT CARE / SICK VISIT
This visit is for acute, non-emergency medical concerns that require prompt evaluation, such as:
• Respiratory infections
• Minor skin concerns
• Sudden illness or symptoms
This appointment does not include wellness planning, hormone optimization, or weight management services.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
NEW MEDICAL PATIENT VISIT
This visit is for patients establishing primary medical care at Mi’Bella Wellness Clinic.
The visit includes a comprehensive medical history, review of current conditions and medications, preventive care discussion, and development of an ongoing medical care plan.
This appointment is appropriate for patients seeking traditional primary care services, chronic condition management, or preventive health visits.
Patients seeking wellness-focused services such as weight management or hormone optimization should schedule a Wellness Consultation instead.
FOLLOW-UP VISIT
This visit is for established patients returning for follow-up care.
Appropriate for:
• Medication management
• Lab review
• Monitoring of chronic conditions
• Follow-up for wellness programs including weight management or hormone therapy
This visit is not intended for new patient evaluations or urgent medical concerns.
Medication Refill Visit
This visit is for patients requesting medication refills for stable medical conditions.
Examples include medications for:
• Blood pressure
• Thyroid conditions
• Cholesterol management
• Anxiety or depression
• Other stable chronic conditions
During the visit, your provider will review your medical history, current medications, and determine if refills are medically appropriate.
Work / School Note Visit
This visit is for evaluation of illness or medical concerns requiring documentation for work or school.
If medically appropriate after evaluation, a work or school excuse note may be provided.
This visit is intended for short evaluations and documentation requests.
UTI / Urinary Tract Infection Visit
This visit is for evaluation of symptoms of a urinary tract infection, including:
• Burning with urination
• Urinary urgency
• Frequent urination
• Pelvic discomfort
If appropriate, treatment may be prescribed following medical evaluation.
Birth Control / Contraception Visit
This visit is for patients seeking contraception counseling or management.
The appointment may include:
• Starting a new birth control method
• Renewing a prescription
• Changing contraceptive options
Birth control medications are prescribed only if medically appropriate.
STD / STI Testing Visit
Confidential evaluation and testing for sexually transmitted infections.
During this visit, your provider will review symptoms, risk factors, and determine appropriate laboratory testing.
Lab testing may be ordered through Quest Diagnostics when appropriate.
